How To Notify

  1. Visit HARP portal https://vaping.harp.health.nz/submissions/new, and login to your account. 


  2. Click Regulated Product Seller (RPS) Notification

  3. Fill in all information and click NEXT. Please Note, you need download your Business Tax Residency from IRD or Incorporation of business in NZ.

  4. Fill out the next page, then remember to click the Submit button on the Top Right Corner

     

  5. Once your notification is submitted, you will be able to find your notification code. Please mark down this code for your future reference.


  6. To start make the payment for your notification, click my order

     

  7. Click on the three blue dots at the right end, then click Submit Order


  8. Click the three blue dots again to find Pay Now, it will then take you to the credit card payment page. Credit card will have $1.84 Surcharge.



  9. To check your notification, go back to My Orders page, the notification will now shows up under Order History.


  10. You can email the invoice by clicking on the blue dots at the right.


  11. To view the status, go to MY VAPING LICENCES, once the status shows Notified, you are all registered. 

 

Please finish the registration by 1stof October 2023.
