UP-COMING CHANGES NEED YOUR ATTENTION

Dear Valued Retailer,

We would like to remind you that new vaping regulations will come into effect on 17 June 2025. Please ensure all preparations are made to stay compliant and avoid potential penalties.

Banning disposable vapes

Disposable vapes that are not designed, or intended to be reused will be banned.

Action Required:

  • Please remove ALL AirsPops ECO from your shelves.

Pod-style vaping devices can still be sold. Such as AirsPops Pro, AirsPops X, AirsPops XL, AirsPops 13000, These devices are not included in the ban.

Retail visibility – banning the display and advertising of vaping products

Action Required:

  • Vaping devices, products, or packaging can no longer be displayed in general retailers
  • SVR must remove vape products if they are visible from outside their place of business (store).
  • Images of vape products must be removed from online stores and automated vending machines.

Display Unit Front Cover Panels are now available for ALL current AirsPops Push System display units. General store retailers please contact your sales reps to claim.

Advertising

Poster and flyers with vape product image for promoting or encouraging the use of vape will be prohibited from inside or outside the store.

To replace the current collateral, a new set of compliant Price List across all ranges of AirsPops products will be distributed along with your orders. Sales reps will also distribute them to stores in their visits.

Discounts and giveaways are banned

Current promotions and offers on 313 portal will be ended, the last chance to get the deals is on 16/06/2025.

From 17 June 2025 specialist vape retailers (and their online stores) in line with other products under the Act can no longer:

  • give away free vaping products,
  • discount vaping products at retail,
  • offer rewards, cash rebates or gifts for the purchase of vaping products, or
  • offer lotteries or games to people who buy vaping products.
